Data collected

The online estimation form collects the following information: your name, your phone number, your city, and details about your vehicle (make, model, year, mileage, general condition). No other personal data is requested.

Purpose of processing

This information is used solely to prepare a buy-back offer for your vehicle and to contact you about it. It is not used for any other purpose.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data recipient

Data submitted through the form is received solely by Rachat Voiture, through its internal request-management tool. It is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process your buy-back request and any commercial follow-up arising from it. You may request its deletion at any time, on simple request (see 'Your rights' below).

Cookies and analytics tools

This site does not set any third-party cookies and, at launch, uses no audience-measurement tool whatsoever (no Google Analytics or equivalent). Only the estimation form transmits your data, and only when you submit it.
